Noritsu Koki will establish NK Works Co., Ltd. by means of an incorporation-type company split on February 1, 2011. All of Noritsu Koki’s businesses will be transferred to NK Works Co., Ltd.

After the establishment of the NK Works Co., Ltd., we will begin to change the description “NORITSU KOKI CO., LTD.” on the products (main units, packages) to “NK Works Co., Ltd.”. However, we expect that it will take some time before this change takes full effect, so we will most likely see both the “NORITSU KOKI CO., LTD.” name and the “NK Works Co., Ltd.” name on products in the market for some time.

NK Works Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries/distributors will take calls and inquiries about the products and respond to them, regardless of which name is written on the products. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
