Human Resource Development Policy

Our founder's aspiration was to "Always become the best in every field we enter". Having strived to achieve this aim, the Noritsu Koki Group has continuously provided products and services meeting global needs as well as supporting society throughout the continually changing world.

We could not have fulfilled such achievements without our employees' continuous efforts to understand customer and consumer needs through active listening on a daily basis. Another factor in our success is our company culture of encouraging employees to broaden their horizons and try new things.

One of our vital missions is to develop employees who can lead our future business and society. We thus believe it is our duty to create a working environment where we can support and provide an opportunity for them to foster individual talent and openness to change, and have diverse and international experience to develop their capacity as global business leaders.

Health Management Policy

One of our missions is to bring "Prosperity for society and people". The Noritsu Koki Group believes good employee physical and mental well-being is a key component of achieving this. We are thus committed to encouraging employees to focus on and improve their health. We contribute to this by providing a supportive workplace where employees can safely and ethically work with us, hoping this encouraging environment ensures our employees will stay with us for a long time.
